Single rack souffles, frittata and egg casseroles Single or multiple racks of bacon, chicken pieces, baked potatoes, or roasted vegetables (no temperature reduction necessary). 

Cooking an entire meal on multiple racks (No temperature reduction necessary! For single rack, reduce the temperature by 25°F).
