Steamed to perfection in a combi oven, this vibrant dish of grains and vegetables features tender broccoli and colorful accompaniments, ideal for a wholesome and flavorful meal.

The steam Mode in a Combi-Steam oven is usually pre-set between 210-212 degrees, some ovens may allow you to decrease the Steaming temperature, but since water boils at 212 degrees this is the ideal temperature for steaming.

  • Avoiding cooktop boil overs

  • Not having to wash multiple saucepans

  • Not having to wipe down the cooktop

  • The cooking inserts can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher
